This notice explains what happens to the details you send through boolex.ai. The site is run by 4M Integrated Control Solutions Ltd, registered in Ireland, company no. [CRO number], [registered office] ("4M", "we").

What we collect

• The request form: your name, work email, company and site, sector, PLC platforms, and what you write about your line.
• A demo booking: the name, email and time you give the booking page.
• Visits: page views counted without cookies and without identifying you.

The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts or trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a demo or analysis, and follow up about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you made, or steps you asked us to take before a contract.

Who receives it

4M staff who handle your request, and the services we use to store it: [CRM and email provider], within the European Economic Area. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about your request, and then [period, for example 24 months] unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, correct them, have them deleted, object to their use, or complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). Contact [privacy contact email].

Files you send for an analysis

Exports you send for a free or paid analysis are processed on 4M systems, not on a public cloud service, and deleted when we deliver the report unless you ask us to keep them for a pilot. We sign your NDA first if you need one.
