Asset pages and QR codes

Opening BooleX on one machine from a QR code or an alarm link.

The Diagnostics screen is the home screen. It shows the diagnosis BooleX prepared for the latest stop, the starter prompts, and the question box.

Asset page

An asset page is the Diagnostics screen scoped to one machine, at #/asset/<asset> (for example https://boolex.plant.local/#/asset/P-101). It shows:

  • the diagnosis prepared for the latest stop that acted on this asset, already open, within 2 seconds;
  • the asset's starter prompts (up to 5, set per asset in site.yaml);
  • the question box, already scoped to the asset.

An alarm link (#/asset/<asset>?alarm=<alarm>) opens the same page with the alarm in view, so an HMI or a message can link straight to it.

QR codes on the machine

Administrators print one QR code per asset from Asset codes (PDF) in the top bar. Fix each to the panel door or guard. Scanning it on a phone or tablet on the plant network opens the asset page. The screens work on a phone in portrait (400 px wide).

Planned. A line overview home screen with active stops, recent sessions and a knowledge-health summary in one place. Today these are on the Diagnostics, Workflows and Knowledge gaps screens.
