Run the week-0 assessment

A cited report on a site's biggest stops from its exports alone, and the replay score of its past stops.

The week-0 assessment turns a site's exports into a cited report on its biggest stops, in one command, with no connection to the plant. Use it before a pilot, or to show value before the conduit is approved.

Collect the exports

A site folder with the usual site.yaml, the code export, the tag, alarm and interlock lists, documents, work orders and parts, and an exports/ folder with the alarm log and trend export and their column mappings (Connect a historian).

Everything is read into memory: nothing is written to a plant system, and nothing is sent anywhere unless a cloud model is configured, which only the development and hybrid profiles allow.

Read the report

The stops and trips in the exports are grouped by interlock (alarms by alarm ID) and ranked by how often they recur, then by how recent they are. For the latest occurrence of each of the top five, the report gives the evidence card and, with a model configured, the checked and cited diagnosis. Without a model it holds the evidence cards only, and says so.

Score the site's past stops

Before go-live, replay the site's own past stops with their known causes and score the answers:

Each stop is replayed from the data already stored for the site, as if just after it, with the site's configured model. The report gives the top-1 and top-3 scores. Record the site's timing study median as the baseline in site.yaml.
